What to write about
Report a figure that differs from its official source, a broken source link, incorrect licence or attribution text, or a page that does not load. Questions about the method, rebasing and rankings are welcome; the methodology page may answer them first. You can also send a privacy request under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.
What to include
For a data issue, include the page address, economy, quarter, displayed and expected values, and the source checked, preferably with its series code or table reference. This site uses Eurostat PRC_HPI_Q, the UK House Price Index, ABS Total Value of Dwellings, and OECD HOUSE_PRICES measures HPI, RHP, HPI_YDH and HPI_RPI. For a link or licence issue, identify the exact page and wording. For a privacy request, describe the information and action sought.
How corrections work
We check the original source first. If the site misread or mislabelled it, we correct the build and regenerate the pages. A source revision appears after the next rebuild. We do not overwrite a source value by hand or supply an unpublished figure.
Licensing and attribution
Eurostat data are reused with acknowledgement; UK HPI is under Open Government Licence v3.0; ABS figures are under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, subject to product exceptions; OECD data require acknowledgement of OECD as source and copyright owner. The applicable source and licence are printed on each page. We do not claim ownership of the producers' figures.

We read messages but cannot promise a reply time or answer every message. We cannot give personal financial, tax or legal advice. A completed correction appears on the next site build; pages are not silently edited between builds.
