Privacy policy

This policy is for House Price, a Younivi publication based in New Zealand, and addresses the Privacy Act 2020. The site has no accounts, login, comments or public user profiles.

Information, analytics and hosting logs

The site's static files do not ask for names or account details. Cloudflare hosts the site for Younivi and provides aggregate Web Analytics on page views and performance. Cloudflare may record request or security-event details, including IP address, user agent, time and requested page, to operate and protect the service; access available to Younivi depends on the service configuration. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.

Advertising and cookies

Google AdSense loads on each page. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to select and measure advertising under their own policies. The publisher identifier is ca-pub-6557770900386479, also listed in ads.txt. You can manage personalised ads through Google and adjust or clear browser cookies; this does not change the figures on the page.

Preferences stored in your browser

A light/dark theme choice and a language choice are stored in browser local storage so later visits can use them. This storage is on your device, though scripts running on the page may access it. Clearing site data removes these preferences.

Retention and processing abroad

Younivi does not run a visitor-account database. Cloudflare processes site requests as our hosting provider; retention and our access to detailed events depend on the configured service. Google and its advertising partners process ad information under their own policies, and Google gives Younivi aggregate advertising reports rather than individual ad-user profiles. These providers may process information outside New Zealand, including in the United States.

Children

This statistics site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it and ask for a correction. Use the Contact page. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when the site changes. This page records the latest revision. Last updated 23 September 2026.
